Lawn Care & Maintenance

Hands free and green, let our highly trained staff keep your slice of paradise well maintained.

Spring Clean:
With spring in the air and warmer weather around the corner, it is important to prep your yard for summer by removing all debris.  Fallen tree branches, leafs and last seasons matted grass will be removed to promote healthy growth to start the season. Spring is also a good time to consider your lawns need for the removal of thatch built up from the winter matting.

Sprinkler Start Up:
As your irrigation specialists we will prime pumps and start systems.  With each start the system will be thoroughly inspected by our highly trained staff to make sure that heads are installed and operating correctly and pointing in the right direction.  With the proper sprinkler system water conservation is easily achieved.

Mow and edge:
Mowing and edging is important to the overall health of your lawn.  When properly maintained, your yard will be ready for your quiet weekends at home, bbq’s with friends and family, and time well spent relaxing.

Weed control:
Healthy lawns with regular maintenance typically keep out most weeds and unwanted plants with a healthy root system.  Our staff will keep an eye out for weeds that may need to be removed.  If there are concerns outside of your regularly maintained areas, please contact us for a consultation.

Aerate and overseeding:
Aeration is typically done during late summer or early fall months. Aerators remove small “plugs” of grass and soil allowing your lawn to receive more oxygen, seed and fertilization (if applied). We recommend a quick overseed and fertilizer to help your lawn thrive.

Fall Clean up:
Much like our spring clean, your yard will have all debris removed.  Please keep in mind with the fall winds in the Gunnison Valley our teams may revisit your yard to ensure that it is cleared for winter.
